CAROLINA RV is looking for a professional Sales Receptionist for our Myrtle Beach dealership.

Our Sales Receptionist as the ‘face’ of our company, will be presentable and friendly, with
outstanding people skills and have a talent for multi-tasking.

Responsibilities: • Answer customers questions and incoming calls. • Redirect calls to the
appropriate departments or take messages. • Distribute incoming letters/packages to their
appropriate departments. • Track and order office equipment and supplies. • Enter customers
and RVs into a dealer management system. • Vehicle check-in duties • Track incoming leads
and distribute • Other sales-related duties.

Other requirements • Good written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented • Excellent
computers skills with a strong knowledge of Google software. • Ability to learn CDK Lightspeed
(our dealer management system).


RV SALES FOR CAROLINA RV, MYRTLE BEACH, SC

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the sales of recreational vehicles
(RVs) and work with our Sales Team to increase dealership sales, gross profit
and improve our social media presence.
Responsibilities
• Enthusiasm, Motivation and Experience in Sales of Recreational Vehicles,
can be fun!
• Parts and service upsells
• Excellent Customer Service
• Comfortable with Dealer Management System (CDK) and other software for
sales efficiency and to enhance the customer experience
• Customer follow up even after the sale!
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience or combination of education
and experience
• RV Knowledge (ability to learn and demo a variety of makes and models)
• Good reading, writing, computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work Saturdays and some Sundays
Compensation
• Base salary plus commission
